Lucio F Villa is a Colombian born, contemporary California painter, sculptor, and art restorer, whose unique abstract compositions and figural works have been popular with well-known designers like Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent. His paintings and sculptures frequently ship to clients around the country and have gone as far as Paris and Kyoto.

Villa was born in the Cali region of Colombia, but was raised in New York City from the age of seven. He studied at the Art Students League and the School of Visual Arts in the 1980’s. He had apprenticeships with Jay Weiss at the Shepard Gallery on the upper east side of NYC and interned in art restoration from 1985-1989.

In the 1990’s, Villa relocated to Los Angeles and painted commissioned works for Kaleidoscope Films. He moved to Palm Springs in 1997 and has developed a following as an accomplished artist and art restorer in high demand. He has further developed his style as a creative artist. He operates his own studio in Palm Springs and welcomes new art restoration projects. You can be confident that all restorations are completed in the Coachella Valley,for quick turnaround.
